RJ Roles is not just the co-creator of the wonderful Facebook group we know as Books of Horror, he's also a writer and indie publisher. He never imagined in his wildest dreams that it would turn into what it has today. So we decided to make this book and dedicate it to him for all his hard work in the horror community. He does the best he can to help the authors of indie horror, but also the readers as well.
This book is a written roast of some sorts of RJ. Inside you will find a slew of authors whose lives he has touched in one or another.
Starting Books of Horror, he has brought together writers and readers but did not stop there. He helped beginning writers take their first step when he started the Books of Horror Anthologies. Members of the group submitted stories and many of them were first time authors and it gave them the courage to write more stories and begin their careers.
The group has grown to nearly 50,000 members at the time of this book’s publication, because it is a safe space for all to enjoy. So this book is not only to Thank RJ, but it is also for all the writers he helped over the years, and the readers that make these indie authors' dreams become reality. Thanks, RJ, for everything.
